Passion and Quality are two words that come to mind when talking about Andy Wilson. I had the pleasure of working with Andy for the past 6 years and can say with confidence that he has a passion for what it is he does. Andy created great re pore with most everyone within the organization which made it easy to implement team building to process improvement/Lean initiatives. Over his tenure at Inseego, Andy gained respect from all the executive staff for his focus on quality and how that passion equated to reducing waste, increasing yield and significantly increasing customer satisfaction I highly recommend Andy. He would be a great asset to any organization

I had the pleasure of working with Andy for 3 years while I was the Director of Quality at Rosen Products. As Lead Manufacturing Engineer, Andy was responsible for Lean Manufacturing Process Design, including One Piece Flow, Mistake Proofing, Standard Work, Operator Training, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Time and Capacity Studies, Shadow Boards, and Fixture Design. This part of his job made mine a lot easier because mistake-proof processes produce superior quality products. A testament to Andy's skill was the praise we received from our customer Toyota about the degree to which we practiced the Toyota Production System model. I'm convinced that Andy was a big part of Toyota's loyalty to us as a supplier. Andy and I were members of several concurrent product development teams, both those that followed the APQP and PPAP processes in our Automotive OEM business unit, and our product reliability-centric business unit that built products for Business Aircraft. His skill at understanding product design and then translating it into process design was seemless and remarkable. Andy also led multiple Kaizen events at our facility and was skilled at making the resulting process changes "stick". He was also an invaluable resource at helping me manage a product recall and repair, creating a process that gave our customers a 48-hour dock-to-dock turnaround. Among his other incomparable skills are the ease with which he relates to process operators, his work ethic, attention to detail, verbal and written skills (he wrote the best work instructions I experienced in my 35 years in manufacturing), and his ability to manage and motivate across functional areas. In short, I have no hesitation giving Andy my highest recommendation. He makes everyone around him better at what they do.
