      As an engineer in a Secure Network Operations Centre, I have been a part of maintaining and supporting various Linux and Windows servers, as well as VMWare (and Dell DRAC) and Supermicro virtual machine hosts.       I provide first line video conferencing support for a high profile client as part of their contract with Yorktel. This involves troubleshooting and investigating faults, logging tickets, finding a resolution to all faults and reporting daily on the use and performance of the on-site equipment and infrastructure.       As an in house technician I have performed a variety of roles in sound, video, lighting and administration - these all required skills in troubleshooting and problem solving. I have taken on managerial roles in meeting potential clients to discuss their needs and how we can cater to them. Alongside this I have also covered for a manager on annual leave in another venue. Great communication and sharing ideas with the team has helped to get the best results possible.
