  POS Bio-Sciences (now called KeyLeaf) was a leading biotechnology company in the development of plant-based food ingredients, cosmetics, biofuels, and similar products. During my time at POS we transformed it from a single entity to a group of companies with assets in three countries. We also expanded POS’s focus on R&D to include custom processing and the sale of its own plant based ingredients. As in-house counsel I assisted with all areas of POS’s business. I led acquisitions and sales of facilities in the United States and Canada. I assisted with capital raises from private investors and the management of corporate records. I frequently provided legal advice to the Board and senior management. I managed the group’s contracting process (drafting, reviewing, negotiating, tracking agreements) and often led negotiations with strategic partners and customers.
