I met Andy when I first arrived at MISO. Andy was nominated to be my advisor as I began to learn the ropes at my new company. Andy was in Project Management at the time and I had been tasked to manage the project for the IT implementation at the new South Regional Operations Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Andy took this role on and from day one was personally invested in helping me be successful. Andy provided both the information and mentoring I needed to begin my career at MISO. He is the kind of person that routinely goes the extra mile without being asked. His integrity is beyond reproach and his word is as good as gold. Andy can be a key player as a team member or be a dynamic team leader. Andy's first priority has always been to ensure what he is working on is successful but also to make the folks working with him successful too. He is a steadfast proponent of Project Management and has the ability to keep multiple projects on time, within scope and budget. If you have the chance to work with Andy you will understand just what I mean. He is someone you can trust and count on!

Andy is a highly focused, detail driven manager and project manager. We have worked together on multiple projects and initiatives over the years and I’ve learned to rely on Andy’s focus, work ethic and integrity.

Obtained in-country experience integrating GDPR and information security into our United Kingdom (UK) operations. I established and now maintain an IT governance framework for our new multi-language, multi-currency AWS cloud-based marketplace. Living as an expat in the UK, I was intimately engaged in GDPR and data security mitigation activities with our legacy technology. Since GDPR’s May 2018 implementation, I have applied GDPR rollout lessons learned to our EU digital technology, aiding our market expansion into Europe. I continue to place heavy focus on driving a culture of privacy and security. To further integrate privacy and security into our global operations, I developed a Privacy & Security by Design Program based on Fair Information Practice Principles. This includes integrating security and privacy controls, evidence generation and transparency into our secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
