      Project manage installation of equipment, in all aspects of brewery equipment. From initial survey, costings and manpower forcasting, to installation of equipment either on my own or in a small team, to commission , handover and compliance , in a range of installs from small under counter / mobile bars to large events , festivals and total building refurbishments. All equipment installed is required to meet a high technical standard that is subject to audit and needs to meet the technical standards outlined by the brewery. H&S is of the upmost priority with risk assessments and asbestos reports to be managed at all stages of any install. excellent communication skills are essential when leasing with customers , suppliers , sales team and own work colleagues when managing the install as the lead technician. As a field based engineer we are also responsible for the servicing and maintenance of the equipment, working in a team through out the central london and surrounding areas, with KPI targets to meet based on customer satisfaction, right first time and SLA data. Having the ability to diagnose and fault find any issue with the equipment primarily over the phone or in person at the customers premise. Using electrical test equipment to diagnose the cooling systems and gas test equipment to identify gas leaks or product leaks , a good technical and practical way of thinking is requited, with a wide range of technical documents to refer to. Also being capable to self manage monthly expenses, equipment van stock levels, and other IT based skills, using several different platforms having a good understanding of IT is essential.
