You learn a lot about someone by how they handle difficult situations... Andrew was the lead salesperson & my primary contact for a move we made back home to Charlotte, NC from Chagrin Falls, OH. He did a great job, maintained his cool, & was very responsive throughout the process of the move that had a fair share of challenges. Challenges that were outside of his control included having contracted movers in Charlotte wall off the job (it was raining & they had to walk an extra 100 feet due to parking restrictions) & the fact that the load was packed improperly in OH resulting in my wife’s piano sustaining substantial damage. These were tough things that were outside of his control yet he rose to the occasion & met the challenges head-on. He turned a very negative experience into a positive one. THAT demonstrated to me the kind of guy he is. Challenges are part of life. How we handle them says a lot. Andrew’s character was on full display & I’d hire HIM again in a heartbeat based on how he handled our challenging situation.

As a Long Distance Move Coordinator, I made sure that each long distance move was scheduled and taken care of from start to finish. Lead generation and follow up. Onsite estimates allowed the opportunity to bid jobs of all sizes. After the job was secured, I would draw up the contract and begin coordinating the logistics of the move (i.e. truck reservations, hotel reservations, plane tickets ext...). Payment collecting and processing was part of the every day routine. Follow up on every sale. I ran a lab that measured viscosity on gear and motor oils. Data analysis and machine calibration were just a portion of skill necessary to ensure quality testing results on products that would be sold to BP, Valvoline, Shell and a variety of other high profile clientele.
