  Since my employment by the IT team in 2013, I have quickly become a senior and integral member of the Royal Opera House. I work with all sections of the IT teams, Developers, Database and Tech Ops on a wide scope of areas and projects daily and I am highly skilled in third line support and fully responsible for the business applications including but not limited to, our CRM application Tessitura, all finance applications, orchestra management, in house event management, retail systems, catering systems and facilities software. I lead a team of three staff members and work closely with the project manager and other heads of departments within IT. Being the focal point within the IT team for Azure, physical and virtual server builds and server support, I have become highly experienced in the build of servers through hyper-v manager as well as Virtual Machine manager. I have also full knowledge os MS SQL server builds as well as the creation of multiple instances on the servers. As part of this work, I am fully capable of creating and maintaining DNS records through our domain controller and with our 3rd party support company.
