Managed all site survey and post installation verification with teams utilizing inSSIDer / Wi-Spy (Spectrum Analyser), AirMagnet (Wifi Protocol Analyser), and Wireshark (Network Protocol Analyser). Responsible for call center relationship to provide tier 1 support and managed in-house NOC for network monitoring and alerting. Developed a proprietary Wi-Fi solution for large, older MDU locations utilizing the existing copper phone lines and a local DSLAM to deliver cost effective and reliable Wi-Fi coverage throughout buildings that posed challenges to traditional deployment methods.
