  Since February 2013 I have continued to work as Project Coordinator on the former Dundrum Point Construction development in Wyckham Point on behalf of KPMG. The development comprises 3 blocks of 513 apartments in total, with 213 of these unfinished and hoarded off as a separate development. My responsibilities have continued from my previous position on the site and see me managing all maintenance and snagging works on site in both the finished and unfinished phase, aiding the preparation of costing plans and work schedules for the Receiver and facilitating access to site for surveyors, contractors and interested parties.
