  Working within a small management team to ensure the smooth running of a department within a Call Centre with 40+ employees. My main duties include, time management, creating rosters, disciplinary proceedings, completing monthly 121’s, return to work meetings, call auditing to ensure compliance was adhered to and dealing with ad hoc enquiries. I was responsible for interviewing and employing new team members and monitoring their progression through the probation period and beyond. Responsible for allocating staffing levels throughout the day and reporting progress on multiple campaigns both new and old to the company Directors periodically during my shift. Responsible for analysing incoming call data for trends and react accordingly. Expected to troubleshoot unexpected peak call periods and continually motivate staff.
