  As the Director, I oversee hiring, scheduling and managing a team of about 30 student tutors and I supervise 1 professional staff member. I am responsible for coordinating all tutoring services on our campus. The main services we provide are Math and Writing assistance. In an effort to expand our services, I set up study groups for various non-math courses based on student need/interest. I prepare study group materials for remedial math courses. I'm part of a wellness team that plans events, provides teaching and training, and promotes these different activities. I created the materials to be used and also supervised the tutors who led these groups. I also taught one Math class per semester at the college level and would spend time providing academic support to students each week.
