Anirudh Narasimhan

I have had the pleasure of working under Andrew’s leadership in his time as Procurement Director at Optus and it has been a truly rewarding experience. Andrew is a charismatic leader whose actions always reflect his positive intentions to make the procurement function more effective. His achievements so far speak for itself. He drives initiatives with a clear vision which he effectively communicates to his team prior to taking them on the journey. One of his strongest skills is his ability to make tough decisions and he does so with having all the pertinent information required to understand the consequences of actions before making his final decision. He never shies away from his responsibility and this is one main reason why his entire team looks up to him. He is a strong people developer and always makes time to coach/mentor individuals within his team and I have personally gained a lot while presenting to senior management based on his tips and approach. To call him an asset will be an understatement.

Sam Stonier

The strongest and most capable manager that I have had. He is a seasoned procurement professional with advanced commercial and stakeholder management skills; who is able to build, coach and lead a high performing procurement function that delivers significant savings to the business.
