  Provided CLOCA with a web application that allows staff, partners, and the public with access to critical information related to environmental hazard lands. Tasks included converting the previous web application to run on HTML5 using Geocortex, building workflows to allow users to query information, and design tools to ensure the application was user friendly for people with little or no GIS experience. Deliverables included an interactive web mapping application that is used for the prevention of loss of life and property due to flood, erosion, and unstable slopes. The application allows staff and the public to interact with the information including uploading photos, locations, etc.
