Designed and manufactured the hydraulic brake system for Cornell Baja SAE’s OD 18 race car. Tasked with designing and manufacturing brake rotors and calipers brackets on Cornell Baja SAE’s TG19 car. Working with a tight knit group of dedicated members to develop a weight efficient and effective braking system tasked with stopping a 400lb car and driver from moving at 40mph. Researching custom brake caliper design as well as in-house manufacturing techniques for intricate parts where tight tolerances are paramount. Currently designing custom master cylinders and pedals for Cornell's TGXX vehicle. Show less
