I have known Andrew ever since I was employed with the Corinthia Hotel, Tripoli, Libya. Andrew was employed with the CHI as Exec Pastry Chef, during the time he managed to succeed in the performance of all his duties in a pristine outstanding way. I have seen Andrew developing his knowledge and technical skills. Unfortunately we had to depart from Libya due to the country civil and army conflicts, Andrew had accepted to join me as Executive Pastry Chef for a new project in Tbilisi, Georgia, preopening for of a new 5 star hotel Hotels & Preference Hualing. Andrew’s support was instrumental and of great contribution to the hotel preopening. Andrew is a highly dedicated Pastry Chef, he executes all his duties with integrity, a very hard working individual who takes great pride in his work, always on top of the pastry kitchen operation, investing a lot of time on training his subordinates, in terms of both technical skill, and service concept including cultural building among the team. His excellent planning and organisation skills make him an asset for any operation. He is an excellent team player and extremely cooperative with his team, colleagues and managers/directors. Andrew is a very supportive Chef and has great potential and capability to develop himself to the next level, definitely a young professional that can prove his knowledge, skills and positive attitude in any situation. It was a great pleasure working with Andrew and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in the future. I’m more than sure that our career paths will cross again in the future. I have no hesitation to recommend Mr. Andrew Mifsud to any potential employer and wish him the very best for his future endeavours. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for any further information, can be contacted via Linkedin.
