Bob Wren

I have had the pleasure of being Andy’s direct supervisor for the past year. He's articulate, self motivated and trustworthy. He also has high expectations of himself and of those who work with him, while at the same time being willing to accept people as they are with unconditional positive regard. Andy Mendes is also a hard worker and critical thinker. He has good decision making processes and is able to draw from the experiences and expertise of those around him when confronted with issues that he knows little about. In closing, I believe that Andy Mendes would be an asset to any organization that he may interested in communicating with. Best Regards Bob Wren Fleet Operations Supervisor AAA Southern New England
