As part of the JPT team, I am tasked with the design of new electrical systems in healthcare facilities such as hospitals and outpatient facilities . The electrical design I am responsible for includes: assessing the existing electrical distribution system to determine project scope, new power distribution systems, coordination studies, lighting and control layouts, nurse call system layouts, fire alarm layouts, and data layouts. To assist the electrical design process and to create engineering documentation, Revit, ElumTools, and SKM are used. Once projects are designed, I am also responsible for making visits to each site to attend project meetings, create punch-lists, and answer any field questions from the contractor. Show less

I answered technical questions about variable frequency drives and electrical topics from customers. In addition, I also programmed and solved technical issues with Schneider Electric variable frequency drives. Aside from the technical aspect of my job, I also developed business growth in the industrial automation segment of Mayer Electric's business by presenting to businesses about the automation equipment that we have to offer. - I answered technical questions about variable frequency drives and electrical topics from customers.
