  Currently, I oversee the operation of 400+ luxury apartment homes spread out across 9 individual properties in downtown Santa Monica. These properties are mixed-use, combining residential and retail elements. In the role of Assistant Community Manager, I prepare annual budgets for various buildings within my portfolio, complete statements of deposit accounting, handle resident grievances and coordinate necessary remedies, process payables and receivables, and manage portfolio delinquency. The most rewarding aspect of my position is my oversight of the Santa Monica Concierge Team. Our Concierge team sets us apart from our competition in the area.
