6th grade social studies teacher and head wrestling coach. Facilitated the education of 150 students in accordance to the North Carolina Standard Course of Study. Inherited a wrestling program that only had twelve wrestlers in the spring of 2021. In the winter of that same year, I grew the wrestling program membership to 26 wrestlers and competed to a 5-4 record. Of those 26 wrestlers, 19 were sixth graders and 22 had never wrestled before. Before I left the program, it had grown to roughly 40 wrestlers and was competitive in dual meets with a 3-3 record at the time of my departure. Show less
