  Falcon Engineering specialises in steel fabrication of high voltage overhead line equipment for the Western Australian power grid. I have been working at Falcon now for 16 years, starting off as a labourer and then quickly moving into a leading hand role (6years). An opportunity arose for me to apply for a position in the office so I could then learn the other side of the business, where I started as the first point of contact for the company with more of an administration role, then moved into a purchasing officers position (8years). Finally two years ago I took on a more sales orientated role where I was the sales manager developing relationships for the company and building pipelines, this has lead me to my current responsibilities as the Business Development Manager.
