Responsible for execution of back office tasks required for the delivery of Skylight’s home renovation projects. Supported systems include project accounting, materials additions to our in-house database, administration of customer-facing documents, and staff onboarding in Google Workspace and other apps. I use all available tools to improve my efficiency and especially find these opportunities using Google Sheets, Coda, and Airtable. Call center technical support for 1) Printers on customers on Windows and the Mac. Guided customers through use of printer features, troubleshooting hardware failures, and through sometimes extensive processes to diagnose and solve software problems. 2) Cell phones of all types on the network of a major cellular provider. This required knowledge of cellular technologies and the use of the provider's customer account and network management tools. Troubleshooting required familiarity with Android and iPhone hardware and operating systems. For both I supported callers at all levels of technical ability which requires a patient and helpful attitude at all times.
