  On a day to day basis i manage relationships with my clients to ensure they are receiving the highest level of service possible. We review print and document workflow which will improve your return of investment. We do this by reviewing your total cost of ownership to determine whether you are getting the most for you money.I am responsible for reviewing the volumes of colour and mono printing/copying through Multi functional devices and printers. I then check the service call outs to see if there are any ongoing common issues. The reason why we do this is to gauge whether you have the right machine for your business. Once we have established the volumes we then research the market place across the leading brands in the world to find a solution that best suits your needs.
