  Managed twelve Deputy Attorney Generals and all drug related prosecutions conducted by the Attorney General’s Drug Strike Force Section in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Supervised all Grand Jury and wiretap investigations conducted by the Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics Investigations as well as the Pennsylvania State Police.Served as the Attorney General’s principal legal advisor for all drug enforcement related issues in Pennsylvania and for all electronic surveillance matters, including wiretap investigations pursuant to Pennsylvania’s Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act. In addition to supervisory Chief Deputy responsibilities, maintained and prosecuted a full case load in the Eastern region of the Pennsylvania, including the successful prosecution of a twenty seven defendant methamphetamine trafficking organization centered in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and a nineteen defendant violent cocaine trafficking organization operating in Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties, PAAwarded the 2012 National Outstanding Drug Prosecutor Award by the Executive Office of President of the United States Office of National Drug Control Policy for the implementation and coordination of Pennsylvania law enforcement’s joint response to the statewide proliferation of Synthetic Marijuana.

  Provided supervision on investigative and legal issues to Bureau of Narcotics Investigation and Drug Control Agents and the Pennsylvania State Police in the development of complex investigations and prosecutions against large scale drug trafficking and money laundering organizations throughout Pennsylvania and across state borders.Utilized the Statewide Investigating Grand Jury and electronic surveillance, including non-consensual wiretaps, as investigative tools and resources.Prosecuted complex drug investigations in the Court of Common Pleas in the greater Philadelphia area and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.Provided supervision and direction as the supervising attorney of the Philadelphia / Camden High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) joint Federal and State Interdiction Unit.Recognized with the 2009 Attorney General’s Award for Excellence for the successful prosecution of fourteen defendants involved in a multi-million dollar methamphetamine trafficking operation from Mexico to Philadelphia responsible for distribution of approximately 15 pounds of crystal methamphetamine in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Awarded the Pennsylvania Narcotics Officers Association 2011 Outstanding Prosecutor’s Award for the successful prosecution of forty five individuals, including high ranking members of the Philadelphia Outlaws motorcycle gang, implicated with a Mexican drug trafficking organization responsible for the distribution of over twenty eight pounds of crystal methamphetamine in greater Philadelphia Area.
