  Andrew was a member of the national Urban Regeneration Leadership Team overseeing the direction and strategy for the Urban Regeneration business across Australia, and as Project Director for Queensland led a team of 50 people, including commercial and residential development, leasing, sales, finance, and infrastructure delivery. With strategic and P&L responsibility for the iconic Brisbane Showgrounds redevelopment Andrew successfully delivered the following projects and transactions during this tenure:• Design and delivery, and leasing of Kingsgate commercial office tower (Qld’s first 6-star Green Star office tower, ~16,500sq.m)• On-completion disposal of Kingsgate (~$125 million) to Impact Investment Group – this included a complex Development Agreement and sales contract• Structured fund-through, including design and delivery, and leasing of 25 King Street commercial office tower to Impact Investment Group (Qld’s first CLT constructed office tower, ~15,000sq.m)• Design and delivery, and sales of The Green residential project (356 apartments)• Design and delivery, and sales of The Yards residential project (401 apartments)• Design and delivery, and leasing of the retail precinct (King Street) – this included on-going ownership and portfolio management• Design and delivery, and leasing of The Co-Op (mixed use retail and commercial car park) – this included on-going ownership and portfolio management• Delivery of +$100m of infrastructure, including commercial negotiations with authorities• Successful integration of the Rydges hotel into the precinct (200 keys)In addition to the above projects and capital transactions Andrew managed all stakeholder engagement, successfully renegotiated the Property Development Agreement with the RNA, and negotiated a refund and offset agreement with EDQ for trunk infrastructure.   Stockland National Manager - Development & Capital Transactions (Brisbane, QLD) 2012 – 2014 National Manager responsible for the conceptualization of two of Stockland's flagship mixed use development opportunities, being Toowong and Eagle Street Pier. Procuring design and approvals Andrew lead multidisciplinary design teams to facilitate the delivery of these projects, which included a whole of Stockland offering encompassing high-density apartments, retail facilities, commercial office, vertical retirement living, and serviced apartments. Eagle Street Pier and Waterfront Place office tower, were collectively disposed to the Future Fund of Australia and Andrew worked on this successful capital transaction. During this time Andrew also oversaw the Industrial portfolio and development opportunities for Queensland. Stockland Development Manager (Brisbane, QLD) 2007 – 2012 Development Manager responsible for the approvals, design and delivery of the Queensland commercial portfolio, which included the $150 million redevelopment of the Townsville Myer Centre (Regional Shopping Centre), Townsville Northshore (Stage 1 town centre $30 million), Jimboomba Shopping Centre DA, Cleveland and Burleigh asset management, and development master-planning.
