      Stockland National Manager - Development & Capital Transactions (Brisbane, QLD) 2012 – 2014 National Manager responsible for the conceptualization of two of Stockland's flagship mixed use development opportunities, being Toowong and Eagle Street Pier. Procuring design and approvals Andrew lead multidisciplinary design teams to facilitate the delivery of these projects, which included a whole of Stockland offering encompassing high-density apartments, retail facilities, commercial office, vertical retirement living, and serviced apartments. Eagle Street Pier and Waterfront Place office tower, were collectively disposed to the Future Fund of Australia and Andrew worked on this successful capital transaction. During this time Andrew also oversaw the Industrial portfolio and development opportunities for Queensland. Stockland Development Manager (Brisbane, QLD) 2007 – 2012 Development Manager responsible for the approvals, design and delivery of the Queensland commercial portfolio, which included the $150 million redevelopment of the Townsville Myer Centre (Regional Shopping Centre), Townsville Northshore (Stage 1 town centre $30 million), Jimboomba Shopping Centre DA, Cleveland and Burleigh asset management, and development master-planning.
