Janice ILacqua, M.A., SPHR

I hired Andrew Glova as a civil engineering intern for the Regional Transportation District in 2010 during his senior year of college. He was very excited about the opportunity, and hit the ground running on day one. His direct supervisor and the people he worked with told me that he was very energetic and a self-starter. He assisted with the Denver Union Station renovation, part of the $6.9 billion FasTracks project. I would recommend him to a position where he can continue to be a great team member and to progressively build his engineering skills.

Our exclusive focus on commercial real estate, primarily in Colorado, allows us to more effectively anticipate opportunities and to invest ahead of market trends. Westfield’s historical investment portfolio includes all types of commercial real estate and depending on the point of origination in the real estate cycle, the assets were either developed or selectively acquired. When an investment is initiated (either developed or acquired), Westfield’s primary focus is to source properties with a true and enduring competitive advantage. Show less
