Overseeing the continuous improvement operations and lean manufacturing strategies at three Magna Automotive divisions within Canada and three in the Southern U.S. Ensuring cost saving targets are met at each division within my group. Mentoring each division in creating lean processes,labour planning, time studies (takt analysis) organizing kaizen projects (A3), developing work instructions and standardized work, waste elimination, root cause analysis, efficient layout development, value stream mapping, creating processes for shop floor management - 5S, TWI, TPM, SMED. Providing "boot camp" training for new divisional leaders and their staff in all areas of lean JIT manufacturing.
