Learned a wide range of processes in all of SUSPA's manufacturing lines and implemented new procedures in order to make these processes more efficient. I monitored an SPC program used to control C16 gas spring filling processes. This position also included creating and submitting full PPAP documentation for new parts and new customers. Constant communication with customer was required to ensure every PPAP was correct and completed in a timely manner. In some instances I was required to coordinate submissions from 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers in order to submit SUSPA's PPAPs to large customers. Show less
