With this process, we cut the time a car sits idle on the lot by 50% and enables us to get a car to auction 3-6 days faster while increasing vehicle sale price during the optimal wholesale market. -Optimized cost tracking from vendors Using a rough existing Excel template, I optimized how our team tracks costs from vendors who perform multiple services. Using this tracker, we are easily able to double check individual invoices when reviewing monthly P&L sheets in order to account for specific costs and how to avoid or lower spending.
