I enjoyed a very sucessful year as a Sales Executive for Arthurs Vauxhall of Newtown. During my time I was required to sell both new and used cars and had to be well informed about all the features and details of every make and model we held in stock. I was constantly developing buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers, also by suggesting trade-ins, responding to inquiries and recommending sales campaigns and promotions to suit. The main challenge was to qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements and matching requirements and interests to various models in stock. I would thrive off closing sales by overcoming objections and help complete sales or purchase contracts. A large part of the role would be to offer services, warranties and financing, making sure I adhear to the correct guidlines specified by the FCA. I would report to the Sales Manager regarding reviews, analyses , objectives and planned activities and always managing to exceed my monthly targets and KPI's. I would take part in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers in order for me to review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve on sales. Show less
