(Transport for New South Wales) The key deliverables of the roles:- • Improve the safety, quality and environmental culture and performance through greater visibility, audits, engagement and looking to world’s best practice within and outside the construction industry. • Increase turnover and profitability through securing work, through conventional tendering processes and through innovative alternative tenders, which offer clients unique value for money solutions. • Develop and maintain long term customer relationships built upon trust, quality, credibility and reliability. • Implement change management programmes to refocus the business on key strategic and client deliverables. • Develop and implement cost control measures that drive improved profitability. • Drive the consistent use of our integrated management system to standardise processes and procedures across the whole businesses. • Identify and develop key business stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, to enhance added value and identify future opportunities. • Improve the commercial, risk and opportunity management within the businesses. • Developing and implementing more accurate forecasting procedures. • Lead and implement continuous improvement programmes. • Maximise the utilisation of all Boral services to offer a one stop shop for key clients • Formulating strategic business plans aligned to market conditions and business objectives.
