With a very talented leadership team, in little over two years, delivered a total turnaround and exceptional exit for the owners. Successes included revenue growth, dramatic expansion of EBITDA, cultural transformation, shared services integration and a leading edge product strategy which cast the TwentyEighty companies as innovative productizers of IP, including in subscription/recurring revenue bundles, to help professionals learn better and in digital modalities in five categories: cultural transformation and communication (VitalSmarts), sales transformation (Miller Heiman Group), democratized leadership development (AchieveForum), project implementation (Strategy Execution) and credit risk management (Omega Performance). A process to sell the portfolio companies, once reset, yielded strong interest from multiple parties and resulted in the sale of VitalSmarts to Leeds Private Equity, Omega Performance to Moody's Corporation and Miller Heiman, AchieveForum and Strategy Execution to Korn Ferry. The total proceeds not only paid off the outstanding debt but provided the owners with a phenomenal return Show less
