I worked with Andrew at CBRE, although our paths also crossed whilst he was at Wates. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I was impressed by his work ethic, communication skills, and he easily adjusts to any given situation or business dynamics. But what makes him stand out is his ability to approach challenges with innovative and novel solutions. I found that Andrew was a very strategic, and innovative lead, he always questioned, probed and developed a range of solutions to overcome operational challenges, and was totally driven to develop the best outcome to focus on continual improvement and ultimately, customer satisfaction. He provided great direction and leadership to his team, as well as others that he worked with.
