I have confidence that Andy can handle not only difficult technical situations, but also that he can communicate appropriately within an organization to demonstrate his understanding of an issue and shared sense of urgency. Andy is a natural problem solver and has demonstrated his ability to get to the root causes of issues even when given imperfect or incomplete information. Most importantly, he has demonstrated on numerous occasions his ownership of the tasks assigned to him. I found him to be hard working and skilled in computer networks, tackling all network assignments, in a timely manner with devotion and a smile. Idol Minds is a fast-paced software development company with a constantly changing environment. Andrew readily accepted responsibility for not only overseeing general administrative duties, such as desktop support, but also for more business critical (and complex) jobs of keeping on top of our network.
