  I joined KPMG in 2004 to lead the creation of a new healthcare consulting business following the sale of KPMG's UK consulting businesses to Atos. Starting from zero I built a large and commercially successful business, attracting senior high profile recruits from the health sector and the consulting industry to KPMG. I led proposition development, thought leadership, senior client/stakeholder relationships and sold and led delivery of many of the firm's largest, most valuable and most complex health sector engagements.My personal delivery work focused on clinical, operational and financial performance improvement, care system strategy and redesign, national policy design and implementation and healthcare leadership development.Initially appointed as a Director in 2004, I became a Partner in 2006.I held a succession of increasingly senior market leadership roles in KPMG's UK business.
