      Dixons Carphone has allowed me to progress even further within retail mainly due to the fact it is all target based, from the amount of contracts I sell to how many people take out insurance with us its all measured. It has meant that whilst working at Dixons Carphone I have improved on my selling skills and my approach with customers so that it’s in more of a friendly way. As a Customer Consultant it was my job to help the customers with whatever they need, actively approaching them on the shop floor to ask and answer questions, and taking them through our products and services until they have what’s right for them. As well as making sure I give customers the best possible advice.
