I have worked with every level of management at several large organizations (Hard Rock Cafe International, Siemens, MGM Mirage) and Andrew is by far the most impressive person I have ever worked with. He has this brilliant ability to build immediate rapport with his clients and colleagues while also being able to explain complicated scientific processes in a way that made them more relatable to everyday life, which is why a great deal of his customers only wanted to work with him exclusively. He puts his nose to the grindstone yet has this way of adding the perfect interjections of humor when needed during the most stressful days. Not only was Andrew the trusted go-to person for many internal and external customers who wanted clarification on medical device testing and FDA requirements, but he also brought a bright, bubbly spirit to work each day which has been greatly missed since he left. Any company lucky enough to hire Andrew should feel extremely fortunate to have him on board!

I frequently worked with Andrew to meet client needs and coordinate testing. As a liaison between our customers and lab he was also responsible for introducing new clientele to me and discussing their requests. He’s always been very professional and excellent at communicating our clients’ needs effectively. He’s also very knowledgeable from the technical aspect. I was able to talk to him as I would the lab staff rather than having to step down a level to help him understand. He’s very intelligent and was able to quickly master the critical portions of our services so he could explain them more thoroughly to our clients. I knew I could always count on him to follow through with any requests I made or questions I had, especially when we were in a time crunch. Overall, I’d recommend him for any high output position where knowledge, reliability and integrity are critical.
