      Pro-active SA (formerly NJF Wellness SA) was established in 2014. Our aim is to aid in health development, improved quality of life and to provide clients with the knowledge and ability to manage or improve their chronic health conditions or injuries. Pro-active specialise in a wide variety of clientele including Veteran Affairs, Work Cover, CDM, Private Health and Diabetics. Sessions generally involve a university qualified Exercise Physiologist prescribing clinically relevant individualized exercise, lifestyle modification or rehabilitation. We also have the options of Living to the Max Occupational Therapy, Dietetic, Chiropractic and Physiotherapy services. Pro-active operate out of over 50 gym and pool styled clinics across greater Adelaide and rural surroundings, with the option of home visits if required.
