      I managed all aspects of ticketing operations and strategy for the University’s venues across two campuses. In 2010 the MU Box Office issued approx. 170 000 tickets across 350 performances with total takings in excess of $1.3 million. I implemented a new, cloud based ticketing and CRM system as well as an integrated ticketing model which saw a doubling of both total box office takings and patron record acquisition.
