Reconciles all payroll and benefit transactions to the General Ledger. Conducts market pricing analysis on an annual basis and as needed to ensure market competitiveness in a pay for performance model. Assists in the development and maintenance of position descriptions, conducts new employee orientation and training. Process wage garnishments and prepares state quarterly reports and returns.
