  In August of 2018 World & Main sold off Jones Stephens to Ferguson Enterprises. I went with the Jones Stephens group as director of sales for MRO and OEM as well as the Director of the Road & Home brand.In late 2017 I started the Road & Home brand of Mobile Home and RV repair parts and accessories for Jones Stephens. The launch was successful as a number of major retailers came on board with the program.Before Feb. of 2017, sales was only half of my job description. As of Feb. 1, 2017 sales became my complete focus. My responsibilities include - manage inside and outside sales reps, develop major accounts, maintain responsibility for the MRO division's financial growth in both top-line and margin. Additionally, all aspects of sales planning, forecasting and directing.
