I have been working with Andrew over last few months on many deliverables for a project and he consistently strives to produce great results for the project and the overall company. Andrew and I were involved in developing a piece of software in which Andrew managed the technical development whilst I assisted in the supply and management of the data. Andrew is true approachable team player, assisting where possible whilst maintaining a clear level of leadership and responsibility. Andrew has excellent technical skills, which combined with solid soft skills makes him an excellent technical project manager. Andrew has openly helped me develop my SQL skills over the last few months as well as mentor the development of my knowledge of database architecture but also the software development process; which I greatly appreciate. Overall, Andrew has developed his skills from software development to project management whilst maintaining the soft and technical skills required to remain efficient and effective in his role as well as open to learn and assist others where he can. Andrew is a great asset to a company.

      In my time at Atlas, I singularly redeveloped the company's Learning Management System (UNIFY), transforming it into a fully fledged ASP.Net application, which grew to incorporate client specific modules for Appraisals and Competence Management. The application lead to further development of a remote solution which was installed on rigs and vessels and synchronised data with the central system. I was fully responsible for the specification, development and testing of the solution followed by helping the support and deployment team with the roll out of the system and supporting clients. A windows application was also developed to accompany UNIFY. The whole development of UNIFY and its add-ons were completed by myself. I have also been responsible for managing teams of contractors we have hired to help with bus projects, including a three month project to create a new website portal for the OPITO IMIST (International Minimum Industry Safety Training) course and an 18 month project to develop a brand new Competence Assurance Management System (CAMS). During my time at Atlas I have used a wide range of technologies including ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, AngularJS, jQuery, ExtJS, Ext.Net, NHibernate, Entity Framework, WPF, NUnit, MS Test, SQL Server 2005 onwards.
