  I have been working for the Redlands Unified School District for the past two years. I am an Instructional Paraprofessional II Special Education. I am currently working a math class that covers basic algebra through algebra I. My personal strength has always been math, especially algebra, as well as history and other social studies subjects such as government and economics. On a daily basis at Redlands East Valley High School I maintain class room management as well as assess and accommodate students with special needs. I am often working with students on a one on one basis as well as group settings in between teaching lesson plans. I love my job and truly have a passion for everything that I do. It is a very big reason why I want to do more outside of school. I feel any and all experience I am able to gain now will not only benefit me, but as well as my future students I will have when I am a teacher. I am willing to tutor anything I am capable of. Whenever I am not completely comfortable with a subject I am more then prepared to find a book and train myself to be ready to help any student I may encounter. Show less
