I have had the pleasure of knowing Grant since I was about 10 or 11 years old. Since I'm now 42 - that makes for a very long time! What I can tell you from all those many, many years is that he is a great and loyal friend. His word truly is his bond - a rarity these days - and if he promises something, one way or another he will deliver or stand by his promise. He's also one of the most honest people I know - which was bloody annoying growing up together - but makes for a great asset in an employee. He gets on with just about everybody, is a great team player and always has a positive attitude (unless I've just beaten him in a game of tennis - sorry Grant, had to slip that one in there!). I would have no doubt in my mind hiring him, working alongside him or being asked to vouch for his character or integrity in both a personal, or professional capacity. He's the real deal. A straight-up bloke!
