Engineering - Always good to know the difference between a hardware interrupt and indirect addressing - 3kW or 300kW, go back to the basics - a gas is not a liquid, don't treat it the same - No, the resultant of inertia or torque is not always obvious - Never be frightened to get the textbooks out and re-educate when required (Engineering is not easy) - Always learn from mistakes and fix them before they get out of hand - There is a point where old equipment should not be saved - When old equipment is replaced, never go for the cheapest option Lessons Repeatedly Learned - Never discount the improbable when dealing with a breakdown. The improbable happens more often than is given credit. Me - Sometimes grumpy, but mostly helpful - Engineers often have to make the best of a bad option, but make it work. Life - Helping someone is good for the soul. We should all do it. Show less
