I worked with Andrew when Gerflor acquired Connor Sport Court. Andrew was our main contact in the integration process and he was key in its success. He had built a remarkable sales network and strong relationships to many of the international sporting federations and distributors in all countries Sport Court was dealing with. He worked to help us understand the new company's products and culture, their applications and sales opportunities, the key factors of success for applications that were completely new to all of our sales and marketing people. Andrew was key in integrating our companies and sales networks, and led many international training sessions. Some of his educational presentations made a great impact and were talked about for a long time after. Andrew was very curious about our own company's culture and on how to build strong synergies between both brands. Finally, in those very challenging times, Andrew was always positive, easy to deal with, and a pleasure to work with. I hope our paths will cross again, should it be for personal or professional reasons.

As other franchise owners have expressed Andrew's significant support to help them get established, I too found that his knowledge and expertise to be very helpful to get my own franchise off the ground. Our weekly call (and sometimes a few in-between) were always well organized and planned out. Andrew helped us map out all the activities and timelines needed to open on our target opening date.
