  Division Manager responsible for all aspects of my Operation. I am currently responsible for three buildings servicing Dutchess County, Putnam County and Westchester county. I began my career in 1988 as a Service Provider. In 1989 I was promoted to an Operation Supervisor. In 1994 I had a lateral transfer to the Industrial Engineering Department where I worked on Time Measurement solutions as well as cost reduction solutions. I retuned to an Operations Supervisor role in 1996. In 1998 I was promoted to a Business Manager. I have additional experience in Health and Safety. I was the Health and Safety Manager for 3 years for the greater New York metropolitan area from 2011 until 2014 . In that role I was responsible for OSHA Safety Compliance, Wellness awareness and improvement and the overall safety for 10 UPS facilities and over 2,400 UPS employees. In 2014 I returned to the role of Business Manager. In October 2019 I was promoted to a Division Manager which is my current position. I also served on the UPS company panel in Labor negotiations for ratification of the 2008 Local Union 804 supplemental agreement.
