  Although only being with the company for close to six months, I've learned a great deal about home improvement and what it takes to succeed in the industry. Everyday something new and challenging happens and it's my responsibility to see things through for what's best for the company. Being a manager in the canvassing department requires patience and leadership which isn't always the easiest being new. Determining a good city, area and ways for my team to be successful requires strong time management and strategy.
