It’s rare that you come across standout talent like Andrew. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew for two years at Glen Dimplex collaborating on several eCommerce marketing and NPI projects for AO World. Andrew and I worked together for a couple of years and have kept in touch since. He is one of the few marketing professionals I have worked with whose marketing ideas have a solid practical application to the issues at hand . He was also very good at interacting with the sales force who at the time he joined had a "healthy" skepticism of " marketing professionals " . By the time Andrew left us , the sales team had completely revised their views . Andrew also dealt very well with the directors of the time diplomatically curbing some of their more esoteric ideas while convincing others of the need for a well balanced and longer term budget to support new product introduction and on-going business. After leaving Renold he has gone from strength to strength. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew for sales and marketing roles
