  While performing in Chicago and throughout the Midwest since 2006, I’ve crafted tunes that range from original compositions inspired by traditional folk ballads and blues hollers to gospel protest songs and train breakdowns. All of these contain a running theme of elements drawn from growing up around, and living in, Chicago. Here are the elements: visibility, air pressure, cloud cover, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, sunshine, and precipitation.   Currently working as a freelance web content editor for Rush University Medical Center. Responsibilities include creating, editing, and proofreading new content posts, and optimizing pages for search.Also the lead freelancer in charge of building and maintaining the website of West Side United, a community organization dedicated to making Chicago's West Side neighborhoods stronger, healthier and more vibrant places to live.Previously oversaw the website content management system for Joint Commission Resources, which included content updates, functionality testing, and scoping of new E-commerce needs. Have worked with several different content management systems and helped to customize each to meet needs of customers. Strong grasp of HTML and CSS allow me to move easily between different platforms.My best assets are organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in multiple environments.
