My time working under Andrew was one of the most beneficial to my career. Andrew is an extremely savvy professional in the areas of client engagement, strategy, and operations. Further, however, and to me much more importantly, Andrew was an invaluable mentor and served as a critical ambassador to the outsourcing industry as a whole. Andrew helped guide me through the business, was always exceptionally intelligent and helpful with critical strategic decisions, and was an encyclopedia of knowledge, both institutional and otherwise, about our operations. Further, despite being senior to me, Andrew was always a team player. He treated me, my employees, his colleagues, and others with respect, and earned loyalty easily from me and others. My experience working with Andrew was predominantly through the COVID-19 pandemic, and I am not sure if our business would have easily survived without his cool head and leadership. Andrew’s relationships with me, the client, and others was always at the highest level of professionalism. I would recommend Andrew for any higher level management position for his calm demeanor, his extensive experience and intelligence, his exceptional mentorship abilities, and his perfect professionalism. I would work for Andrew again without hesitation.
